Every migration runs the same five phases. First we assess: which workloads exist, what depends on what, and what they truly cost you today. Then we design the target architecture, security model, and data residency. A pilot moves one low-risk workload so the design meets reality early. The main migration goes in waves, outside business hours, each wave with a rollback plan. After cutover we right-size resources and review the bill monthly. You always know which phase you're in and what happens next.

Is the cloud cheaper than on-premises servers?
It depends on the workload. Cloud removes hardware refresh cycles and wins on variable or remote-heavy workloads, but an always-on, resource-hungry server often costs more in the cloud than in your rack. Our assessment models both options honestly before you commit to either.
How long does a cloud migration take?
A typical SMB migration runs 4 to 12 weeks, depending on how many servers and applications are involved. We migrate in phases with rollback plans at each step, so the business keeps running the whole time.
Can our data stay in Canada?
Yes. Microsoft Azure has Canadian regions in Toronto and Québec City, and we design deployments to hold data residency in Canada wherever you need it.
What happens to our old servers?
Once the workloads are validated in the cloud, we decommission the old hardware securely, including certified data destruction, or repurpose it as a backup or DR target if it has life left.
Do you manage the cloud environment after the migration?
Yes, and that's the difference between an MSP and a project-only consultancy. After cutover we monitor, patch, secure, and cost-optimize the environment as part of your managed plan, and the engineers who designed it are the ones supporting it.
Do you work with AWS, or only Microsoft Azure?
Our depth is Microsoft Azure. It pairs naturally with Microsoft 365 and our Microsoft partnership, and it has Canadian regions for data residency. We support businesses with existing AWS workloads, but for a new migration we'll say plainly when Azure is the better-supported choice with us.
