Doesn't Microsoft already back up my Microsoft 365 data?
Not the way most people assume. Microsoft protects its infrastructure, but deleted emails and files fall outside retention windows, and Microsoft's own service agreement recommends third-party backup. What is the 3-2-1 backup rule?
