Yes. We can arrange escorted access to your equipment. For day-to-day work our remote hands service does the physical job for you, whether that's a reboot, a drive swap, a cable change, or a hardware install, and usually faster than you could drive downtown.
Will you help us migrate our servers into the data centre?
Yes, and that's the advantage of colocating with an MSP rather than a facility landlord. We plan the migration, transport and rack your equipment, handle IP re-addressing and DNS, and manage the servers afterward if you want. Most migrations finish over a single evening or weekend with minimal downtime.
